    When you sign in with Google, we receive:

    • Your email address
    • Your name and profile picture
    • Google account identifier

    2.2 Gmail Data (with your permission)

    With your permission, ClearTrack AI accesses your Gmail messages via the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly scope directly in your browser session to discover courier delivery notifications. Message content is processed locally within your browser and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers; only extracted shipment details (tracking number, courier name, and detected sender) are sent to us to track your packages.

    Processed locally in browser memory only:

    • Courier delivery notification emails (sender addresses, subject lines, timestamps, and message bodies parsed in-memory)

    We do NOT access, transmit, or store on our servers:

    • Personal emails unrelated to courier deliveries
    • Email attachments
    • Email message bodies or full email text
    • Emails from non-courier senders

    3. How We Use Your Information

    We use your information solely to:

    • Authenticate your account
    • Scan for shipping-related emails from recognized courier services
    • Extract tracking numbers and delivery status information
    • Display your shipment tracking dashboard
    • Send you notifications about delayed or arriving deliveries (if enabled)

    4. Data Storage and Security

    We store minimal data necessary for the service to function. Your tracking data is stored securely in encrypted databases. We never store email content on our servers—only extracted tracking numbers, courier names, and delivery status updates.

    For our client-side Gmail discovery feature, the OAuth access token is held temporarily in browser memory only for the duration of your session and is never sent to or stored on our servers. Where server-side Google authentication or integration tokens are stored, they are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and secure session management.

    5. Data Sharing

    We do NOT:

    • Sell your personal data to third parties
    • Share your data for advertising purposes
    • Allow third parties to read your emails
    • Use your data for any purpose other than shipment tracking

    6. Your Rights

    You have the right to:

    • Disconnect Gmail: Revoke our access to your Gmail at any time from your account settings
    • Delete your account: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
    • Access your data: Request a copy of the data we have stored about you
    • Correction: Request correction of any inaccurate data

    7. Data Retention

    We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data including shipment records is permanently deleted promptly upon request.

    8. Gmail API Data Usage

    ClearTrack AI requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly scope for the sole purpose of discovering shipment tracking numbers from courier emails.

    All message reading and parsing is performed directly in your browser session. The OAuth access token is held temporarily in browser memory and is not stored by us. We do not transmit, store, or log email subjects, bodies, senders, or attachments on our servers.

    We store only the extracted delivery details needed to monitor your packages: the tracking number, courier name, and shipment status.

    We do not:

    • Modify, delete, or send emails
    • Transmit, store, or log email subjects, bodies, senders, or attachments
    • Use Gmail data for advertising or marketing
    • Sell Gmail data to third parties
    • Use Gmail data to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models

    You can revoke ClearTrack AI's access at any time through your Google Account permissions page or from your dashboard.

    9. Google API Services

    ClearTrack AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    10. Children's Privacy

    Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

    11. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
